Posted on March 15, 2018 by amberbieg

Developing a risk analysis and promoting local workshops are among key recommendations released March 13, 2018 by organizers of the Safeguarding Idaho’s Economy in a Changing Climate summit…Keynote speaker Kate Gordon from the Risky Business Project asked participants if Idaho would capture the business opportunities of climate trends and markets that are happening regardless of policy, or risk leaving them behind. Gordon highlighted Idaho-specific economic opportunities including innovative wood products, renewable energy, grid modernization and carbon markets.
